Critical Care Orientation

This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for the nurse who is new to the critical care environment or needs a refresher in critical care nursing. Topics included medical and surgical cardiovascular nursing, care of the critically ill pulmonary patient, hemodynamic monitoring, neurological disorders, and other various conditions seen in the critically ill patient population.

Completion of a basic EKG course is a prerequisite to this class series. Participants can register for the entire series or individual sessions.
